MRI¶

MRI acquisition¶

NaviNIBS assumes you will primarily be using a T1-weighted MRI for neuronavigation. However, a T2-MRI may also aid in head model segmentation.

See the SimNIBS’s documentation for suggested MRI parameters.

Note

NaviNIBS assumes your MRI data is in NIfTI format. If your data is in DICOM format, you will need to convert it to NIfTI.
